DetailHive is an all-in-one business operating system for mobile and shop auto detailers. It gives you a branded public booking page your customers can book from, and a private dashboard where you manage every part of your business.

What DetailHive includes

• Public booking page — A custom URL (e.g. yourname.detailhive.io) where clients select a service, pick a time, fill in their vehicle info, and pay or request a booking. You edit that page from Page settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
• Home — A Today view: greeting, today's bookings / estimated revenue / tips, a This month sheet, and today's jobs. See Home / Today.
• Schedule — Week view and list view of all bookings, with Complete / Confirm / No-show / Cancel.
• Messages — Shop text inbox once texting is turned on. Optional AI auto-replies are off until you opt in.
• Phone — Pro shops get a dedicated US local number. Turn the AI receptionist on to answer calls, or leave it off so calls ring your phone. Services the receptionist uses are edited in Page settings.
• Clients, Inventory, Photos, Activity — Under Work. Activity is a communications log: SMS threads, recent calls, and confirmation / reminder emails. See Activity.
• Finances, Mileage, Stripe — Under Money.
• Marketing — Under Grow. Blast email or SMS campaigns, with optional discount codes.
• Settings and Help & Docs — Under Account.

The sidebar footer has Page settings (your live booking page), Report / Feedback, and Sign out. VIN Scan and Promo Codes stay on iOS only — they are not on the web sidebar. See VIN Scan (iOS).

Automations

Email and SMS reminders, optional AI replies to inbound customer texts, weather alerts before outdoor jobs, and review request messages after jobs are completed. SMS stays off until your Pro texting registration is approved.

Signing up

Email and password signups confirm a 6-digit email code before you pick a plan or enter a card. Google and Apple skip that code. There is no no-card trial — Stripe checkout still runs after shop details, then the four-step setup at /welcome. See Signing up.
